A Maine native, Rick was born and raised in Saco and was lucky enough to have grown up in this beautiful state. He brings the ability of truly knowing the area that he represents in buying and selling real estate.
Prior to Real Estate, Rick became a Master Electrician in 2001 and owned his own electrical company for 12 years. He currently holds a position as the Assistant Code Enforcement Officer for Saco. Rick has also bought and sold several personal investment properties and multi-units in southern Maine. The culmination of these jobs and investment ownership has provided him with extensive building and construction knowledge, the value of hard work, and shown him the importance of providing top-notch customer service to his community.
In 1993, Patty moved to Maine from NY to raise her family. She managed a local telecommunication company in Portland prior to real estate. She began her real estate career in 2005 and since then has acquired multiple accreditations in the field with her investment of time, education and experience throughout the years.
Patty has a B.S. in Nursing and is a registered nurse in the State of Maine. She still actively participates in helping people buy and sell homes as she holds a Broker level license to sell real estate in the State of Maine and real estate continues to be a passion for her.
Patty has a strong commitment to building lasting relationships, dedication to superior representation, and a passion for helping families through the home buying and selling process. She prides herself on being honest, attentive and knowledgeable, and thrives off the successes she achieves for her satisfied clients.
Rick and Patty currently reside in Yarmouth with their dogs Baxter and Jack. In their free time, they enjoy spending time together doing outdoor activities.

His firsthand knowledge of the building trade in addition to real estate was a real bonus and I was able to pick his brain about portions of the renovation process. Patty’s considerable real estate knowledge and her extraordinary patience and drive were evident from the start. Communication during the whole process could not have been better. It was always prompt and helpful. Her financing recommendations were crucial when it came to the purchase and renovation of a property that was very distressed. A last-minute hiccup during the title search threatened to derail the whole deal and left me wondering what my options were.
